Taher Lunch Makes Major Changes

Ever since school started, Taher lunch, which is the Blake lunch provider, has made some major changes including changing dessert day and increasing serving sizes.
The first major changes were noticed during the first fifth-grade lunch of the year. Instead of the usual serving size of one piece of pizza, they were serving two. This did not happen for the third and first graders, however.
There is an unlikely possibility for this, though. Two years ago, the Passi Wolf Pod organized an unsuccessful petition for increased serving sizes for lunch.
Instead of not allowing seconds on breadsticks like they usually did, they allowed unlimited servings. Many students got seconds on breadsticks before they finished their first one, resulting in increased waste.
This could mean that because 5th-grade/Pre-K/Kindergarten lunch is the last lunch, they wanted to get rid of the food. But, the next time they served breadsticks, they only gave seconds to 5th graders, not Kindergarteners or Pre-Kers.
But, the most surprising thing that Taher changed was dessert day.
Dessert day is now on Thursday, not Wednesday. Taher said that this made things easier for them. This might be because Chef Vicky, who was in charge of desserts, retired.
Also, the Blake chefs, Chef Noah and Vicky are leaving Blake. Chef Noah is going to run a restaurant and Jill is going to do catering.
