Splatoon 3

Do you like third person gaming? Well check out splatoon 3! Splatoon 3 is an upcoming third-person shooter video game where you're a squid kid (Inkling) with ink shooting guns. console, The game has competitive online multiplayer matches alongside a story-driven single-player mode. The online multiplayer mode is salmon run, a place where you have to defeat the salmonids, evil fish that have come to defeat the inklings. The bosses in the game are The fish stick, King salmonid, and the flipper flopper. There are some updates from the old salmon run in the first and second games, like the egg throw. But for the single player one, you have been selected to lead a special mission trying to defeat the mamalians. As you try and defeat them all you must be careful, they are very dangerous! They can eat you up and spit you out! Like in the older games there are still the octolings, it's just that they're furry. Down below I will show you what the evil stuff looks like.

But There Is Lore!

Now trailing back to the first game, you start out as an evolved humanoid squid who has a very small ink weapon to play games with other inklings, but going back to lore, you are in a world where humans are extinct. All marine creatures have evolved, and the inklings know very little about humans, but you can gather some things from the landmarks they left behind. As you go through the octo expansion mode, you find a self conscious robot that the humans built that has been watching inklings for a long time now, and it has seen how the inklings fight over just the color of their ink. As the machine thinks all humans are amazing, it thinks that only the inklings have fought over a little difference in color, ( nod to how humans also fight over only skin color) but the robot is so blinded by its belief humans are perfect, it attacks the inklings in THE STATUE OF LIBERTY , but you eventually win. That's only the start though, but you will have to tune in next time for another lore segment!
