Kendrick Lamar and SZA: Grand National Tour

Kendrick Lamar and SZA kicked off their tour in Minneapolis. The concert has acts featuring Kendrick and SZA singing solo hits, and together to perform iconic duets like “All The Stars” and “luther”.

The Brat tour started in 2024, the year of Brat Summer. The tour took a short break and kicked back up this spring. It has many stadium/arena venues, as well as some summer music festivals - Parklife Festival, Roskilde Festival, Flow Festival, and LIDO Festival.

Katy Perry: Lifetimes Tour

Katy Perry has been made fun of for her short trip to space and now, her Lifetimes Tour. The internet has been criticizing Perry for her “cringy” dance moves, bad stage presence/vocals, and costumes. The controversial Lifetimes tour is a video-game-inspired, high-tech show where Perry portrays a half-robot character. During the show, she takes part in a light-saber fight, takes flight, uses backdrop art created by AI, and more.

Post Malone: BIG A** Stadium Tour

Post Malone is showcasing his album F-1 Trillion on the tour. He is performing with Jelly Roll. People have been making jokes about how all the fireworks will be gone for the 4th of July because Post Malone used them all on his tour.

The Weeknd: After Hours Till Dawn Tour

• Music Genre: Pop, R&B, Hip-hop

The Weeknd is going on tour with Playboi Carti. This tour is showcasing “Hurry Up Tomorrow,” which is the last in The Weeknd’s trilogy with “After Hours” and “Dawn FM”.

Teddy Swims: I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy Tour

Teddy Swims debuted his first album, I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy, in 2024. His hit single “Lose Control” made him popular. He was nominated for Best New Artist at the Grammys. He then came out with his second studio album, I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy Part Two, which follows the same theme as the first album.

Tate McRae: Miss Possesive Tour

Tate McRae is a great performer. She is a skilled dancer and can deliver her upbeat songs with fun, interesting choreography. The Miss Possesive Tour is showcasing her album So Close to What.

Other Summer Tours

This summer, a few artists are going on tour but do not have stops in Minnesota. Among these singers are Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, and Lady Gaga.
