Letter From the Editors

Blake Middle School,

Thank you for reading our 2nd issue of the year! Our staff has been working hard these past few months to get this paper out. So thank you for reading and supporting the Blake Bear Bugle.

This quarter was particularly special because we welcomed two new formaters to the layout staff, Sabeen Siddiqui and Emma Flannigan.

This quarter we also switched which program we use for formatting and layout. We went from using Adobe Indesign to using Affinity (a program made by canva).

Every quarter we find that we need more staff. From writers to photographers to collumnists. So if anyone is interested please feel free to reach out, and join us on Thursdays in Ms. Nussbaums room.

Thank you to all the writers, photographers, layout designers, faculty editors , and interviewees who made this issue what it is now.

Thank you for reading,

Georgia Doar and Lily Borofsky, Co-Editor in Chief
