Gym Renovation Money Spent on Teachers’ Lounge

You may think that the gym is getting a much-needed revamp, but the teachers are faking it. They don’t want the students to know this, but all of the construction money is being used to remodel the teachers’ lounge.

You might know the teachers’ lounge as the ordinary small room on the second floor where you occasionally use the printers, but that is about to change.

The teachers have big plans for the room. “I was thinking a pool table, ping-pong table, a video game console - all the game room essentials,” said Mr. Warner in an interview. “I want to add a hot tub and a sauna. Maybe throw in a small Starbucks booth with a 24-hour barista for our coffee,” said another teacher. Even the PE teachers are excited about this, despite the fact that the money isn’t going toward the room they spend the most time in.
