A New Generation Will Carry on the Woodland Acres

During the last week of school, the Woodland Acres is getting passed on to the third graders. The event will take place on the big stump during recess.

During this whole year, the Woodland Acres has been dying down, as fifth graders lose interest in building & make-believe. Next year, the third graders, now 4th graders, will restart it.

This month, Gabriel Shen is planning the event and deciding who to give it to. Currently, the Woodland Acres is planning to give itself to John, as the leader, and Cassini, as leader of magic. There are many more people who might get leadership roles, such as Andrew, Annalese, & Lillian. These people will undergo special training, learning more about the Woodland Acres, as well as how to lead.

At the event, everybody, both the new and old leaders, will sign a document saying the rules of the Woodland Acres. They will vow to spend at least one day a week at the Woodland Acres. The new leaders will also get detailed papers about the past Woodland Acres. Anybody related to the Woodland Acres is required to come.
